You work in Helenenheim, in the center of the town of Bad Arolsen, where 138 elderly people who need extensive elderly care services for a certain period of time or permanently find a home. As early as 1887, deaconesses began offering people in Bad Arolsen and the surrounding towns in the Waldeck region help with their lives in various facilities. • Instruction of interns and trainees
• Contribute to the further development of the facility
