For our senior care home “Zum Weinberg“In Vöhl-Asel, we are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our social care services (m/f/d) on a part-time basis (20 hours) as soon as possible. This position is temporary, covering for sick leave.”

Head of Social Care (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• advice and support for new residents
• Planning, documentation and implementation of the facility's care services
• biographical work
• Organizational, professional and personnel management of the care team
• Professional support for elderly care workers, students and interns
• leading staff meetings
• Ensuring the flow of communication
• Receiving criticism and processing it

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a health and nursing professional or as an elderly care professional, a degree in social work or a comparable qualification
• Professional and management experience in residential care for the elderly is desired
• Strong networking skills and high empathy when dealing with residents and their relatives
• Inventiveness in the implementation of modern elderly care and support concepts and enjoyment in putting them into practice and building them up
• An inspiring and communicative personality
