For our team at the Central Diakonie Station we are hiring part-time (20 – 25 hours/week) as soon as possible:

Elderly care professional (m/f/d)

Your skills:

• You have completed training as an elderly care professional or health and nursing professional and possibly professional experience
• You are a team player and creative

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the best possible nursing care
• Expert implementation of medical prescriptions
• Documentation of the elderly care measures carried out
• Advice and guidance for those in need of elderly care and those providing elderly care
• Collaboration on the further development of the Diakoniestation
