Your tasks:

• Ensuring the best possible nursing and psychosocial care for the people we care for
• Maintaining the greatest possible independence of our clients
• Cross-location support of local colleagues with your specialist knowledge
• Expert implementation of medical prescriptions
• Documentation of the elder care and support measures carried out using a uniform documentation software in all facilities
• Advice and guidance for those in need of elderly care and those providing elderly care
• Participation in the further development of the facilities

Your profile:

• You have completed training as an Elderly care professional
• You have a class B driving license
• You are a team player and flexible
• You are ready to learn new things
• You work in a professional and structured manner
• They are empathetic and quality-conscious
• You are willing to work all shifts
• You are welcome with or without professional experience
