You will work in one of the 7 teams at the Central Diaconal Center. We tailor our services to the needs of our clients – always humane, individualized, and professional. We are currently hiring for our Twiste team on a part-time basis (25-30 hours/week) as soon as possible.

Elderly care professional as Deputy Team Leader (m/f/d) Team Twiste

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the best possible nursing care within the Twiste team
• Expert execution of medical prescriptions and proper recording of services rendered
• Documentation of the elderly care measures carried out and participation in the evaluation of the elderly care documentation
• Advice and guidance for elderly people in need of care and their relatives
• Supporting the team leader in managing and organizing the team
• Participation in the preparation, execution and follow-up of staff meetings
• Support in creating duty rosters and tour schedules, taking legal requirements into account.
• Assistance with the coordination and optimization of workflows
• Regulation management in cooperation with the team leader
• Active participation in the further development of the diaconal center

Your profile:

• Completed training as an elderly care professional or registered nurse
• Professional experience in outpatient or inpatient elderly care
• Ideally, initial experience in management-related tasks or a willingness to learn and adapt to management responsibilities.
• Teamwork skills, creativity and enjoyment of working together in a multi-professional team
• Safe and respectful interaction with people in need of care
• Professionally structured, responsible and quality-oriented work
• Empathy, strong communication skills and organizational skills
