Your skills:

• You are a team player
• You work professionally and in a structured manner
• You have completed a one-year training as an elderly care assistant or medical assistant

Your tasks:

• When instructed, carry out the work independently and thus ensure the best possible nursing and psychosocial care
• Maintaining the greatest possible independence of the clients
• Expert implementation of medical prescriptions as directed
• Documentation of the elder care and support measures carried out
• Collaboration on the further development of the Diakonie social station
