You work in Helenenheim, in the center of the town of Bad Arolsen, where 138 elderly people who need extensive elderly care services for a certain period of time or permanently find a home. As early as 1887, deaconesses began offering people in Bad Arolsen and the surrounding towns in the Waldeck region help with their lives in various facilities. We want to do everything we can to help everyone who lives with us with words and deeds, so that life can continue with hope!

Practical training instructor (m/f/d)

•  You have completed training as an elderly care professional or health and nursing professional
• They have completed further training to become a practical instructor.
• They are good at dealing with trainees.

• You work professionally and in a structured manner
• They think economically and are quality-conscious.

Your tasks:

•  Instructions for our trainees
• Preparation and support during the exams
• Ensuring the quality of vocational training
• Maintaining contact with training schools
• Contribute to the further development of the facility
