For our elderly care facility in Vöhl-Asel, we are hiring for part-time (at least 30 hours/week) or full-time positions as soon as possible:

Residential Area Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• As a residential area manager, you will be responsible for managing a residential area
• You are also responsible for the personnel planning of your elderly care team
• You direct the elderly care process and manage all related tasks
• The care and advice of our residents and their relatives is also part of your responsibilities
• They act on the basis of the latest professional knowledge to ensure high-quality care for the people entrusted to us.

Your profile:

• You have completed training in geriatric or nursing care, combined with the qualification to manage a residential area
• You are up to date with current legislation and have several years of experience in your profession, especially in a managerial position
• You are a true organizational talent and act for the benefit of the residents without losing sight of the economic aspect
• You are open to the implementation and further development of innovative care and elderly care concepts and contribute valuable ideas
